T-Mobile wanted to make HR data leading for user management on all their applications. An integration with an Identity and Access management tool should enable them to do so.



Automated User Management
Users are created/deactivated based on HR data. The right profile and permissions sets are added automatically.

Smart Configuration
HR data and access are managed with the help of a new role hierarchy in Salesforce.

Improved Integration IAM
We made sure that there is a good integration between Salesforce and the IAM supplier to enable the automated process.
